Project brief: A new build construction of five bespoke four bedroom houses.

Laterum Construction was involved from the early planning stage. We managed all logistical, structural and planning, elements, implementing all design-led focus for all interior styles. Laterum Construction managed the entire build for an end client, including the internal timber frame structural design and all external foul and rain water management.

Conclusion: Following completion the client was able to make an excellent profit on the build and was very pleased with the extremely high-end finish and the overall quality of the build.
